Anindo’s 50th birthday unfolded in Jaipur’s 28 Kothi, a space where design feels less like décor and more like atmosphere. Conceived by Jaipur-based Lebanese designer Nur Kaoukji, creative director of Ecru, the home carries a soothing luxury — individually styled rooms, soft textures, and a sense of stillness that invites you to slow down. It felt like the right setting for this milestone. Not loud. Not performative. Just present. The kind of place where conversations linger and moments find their own pace.

The evening moved easily through the house, held together by warmth rather than agenda. Friends gathered, laughter rose and settled, and stories surfaced — some recent, some well-worn, all familiar.
